Oak Grove Education Partners is the Oak Grove Union School District’s education foundation. It was formed to financially support the Arts, Music and Spanish programs in our school district. The volunteer board consists of interested parents, the school superintendent and the Fine Arts coordinator.

Since 1999, the foundation has provided support for a variety of programs including Music & Movement for grades K-2, Mr. Music Sing-along for grades K-3, the instrumental music program for grades 3-8, Artists-in-the-Classrooms for all grades, as well as provided kilns, art supplies, and stage upgrades (curtains, lighting and sound systems). We have bought digital cameras and animation software for the media program and sponsored sculptures and ceramic installations at each school honoring the talents of our students.

OGEP raises money in a variety of ways. The backbone of our efforts is our Partners Pledge Program. We also hold a yearly Rummage Sale and sell calendars featuring local artwork. Our newest venture is the Oak Grove Connection, a directory for all the district families supported by advertising from local businesses.
